You can access our website and provide the requested information along with your payment details. You can also register on our Website/Mobile App. It is mandatory to upload your documents (valid driving license, PAN, address proof, and payment details) to make a reservation or during registration.
WHAT INFORMATION IS REQUIRED TO BOOK A CAR?
You will need to provide:
- Your name
- Mobile number
- Valid email address
- A valid driving license if you are driving. If another person is driving, their license is required.
- PAN
- Address proof (Aadhar, utility bill, passport, etc.)
- Payment details, including your credit card information, if using a credit card for payment.
CAN SOMEONE ELSE MAKE A RESERVATION FOR ME?
Yes, but you must be present with the required documents to pick up the car at the specified pickup location.
CAN SOMEONE ELSE DRIVE DURING MY RESERVATION?
Only the individual whose KYC documents, including a driving license, were submitted during the reservation can drive the vehicle.
IS THERE A MINIMUM BOOKING CHARGE?
Yes, the minimum booking charge is for a 24-hour rental period.
CAN I RESCHEDULE MY TRIP?
If you wish to start your trip earlier, you must reschedule your booking. The car is subject to availability.
HOW MANY HOURS IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

CAN I MODIFY MY RESERVATION?
Booking modifications must be requested at least 4 hours prior to the rental start time. Changes to car type or rental times are subject to availability. Once the rental begins, switching between mileage packages is not permitted.
CAN I EXTEND MY RESERVATION?

DO I GET A REFUND FOR RETURNING THE CAR EARLY?
No, Rent Eazy Car does not provide refunds for early car returns.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellation Over 7 Days Before Booking Start:
If the cancellation request is made more than 7 days before the booking start date and time, 25% of the rental amount will be deducted as a cancellation fee.Cancellation 48-24 Hours Before Booking Start:
If the cancellation is requested between 48 and 24 hours before the booking start date, 50% of the rental amount will be deducted.Cancellation Less Than 24 Hours Before Booking Start:
No refund will be provided if the cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before the booking start date.

WHERE CAN I TRAVEL WITH RENT EAZY CAR?
Our vehicles come with an all-India permit, allowing you to travel anywhere in India, excluding unsafe or restricted areas.
CAN I RETURN THE CAR TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION?
- You must return the car to the original pick-up location.
- If you drop off the car at a different location within the same city, without prior notice, a fee of INR 1500, plus hourly charges and late fees, will be applied until the car is returned to the correct location.
- For drop-offs outside city limits, additional transportation costs, a fee of INR 1500, and late charges will be applied.
DO YOU OFFER 24/7 RESERVATIONS?
Yes, you can book a car anytime via our website or contact center. However, vehicle pick-up/drop-off is not available between 11:00 PM and 6:30 AM.
CAN I BRING PETS ALONG?
No, pets are not allowed in the car due to potential allergies. A penalty of INR 750 will be charged for violations.
HOW DO I END MY RESERVATION?
Return the car with a full tank of fuel. A Rent Eazy Car representative will assist with a post-usage checklist and finalize payment.
IS THERE AN AGREEMENT I NEED TO SIGN?
Yes, when you pick up the car, you will be required to sign a short agreement and complete a car checklist.
WHAT ARE THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS TO RENT A SELF-DRIVE CAR?
To rent a self-drive vehicle, the Hirer must:
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Have a minimum of 1 year of driving experience with a Light Motor Vehicle (LMV).
- Provide a valid and original driving license, PAN card, and Aadhar card.
WHAT TYPE OF DRIVER’S LICENSE IS REQUIRED?
We accept a valid Indian driver’s license or an International Driver’s Permit (IDP). Our office will verify the original license. The license must be for a light motor vehicle (car). You do not need a specific cab license (yellow plate) to rent with us.
WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED WHEN PICKING UP A SELF-DRIVE CAR?

WHO PAYS FOR THE FUEL?
The car is provided with a certain amount of fuel, which you must verify before starting your rental. The car must be returned with the same amount of fuel. If there’s a shortfall, refueling charges plus a 10% fee will be deducted from your security deposit.
WHO PAYS FOR PARKING/TOLL/STATE TAXES?
The Hirer is responsible for paying any parking, toll, or state taxes during the rental period.
CAN I GET A CAR DELIVERED TO MY DESIRED LOCATION?
Yes, doorstep pick-up and drop-off can be arranged for an additional fee of INR 300 each. However, this service is not available between 11:00 PM and 6:30 AM.
IS SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE CAR?
No, smoking is strictly prohibited in Rent Eazy Car vehicles.
DO I NEED TO CLEAN THE CAR?
Yes, returning an unclean car will incur cleaning charges: INR 750 for minor cleaning and INR 1250 for major cleaning.
